Christmas Tree Cake Pops Piped with a 104 Tip

Christmas Tree Cake Pop. In this tutorial I demonstrate how to create these pretty one serve Christmas tree cakes using a 104 tip and some white chocolate ganache.

The above recipe makes 1x 6 inch cake. I put the batter into 14 cupcake tins and used 12 cupcakes to make these cake pops.

You can make 3 individual tree’s with 12 crumbed cupcakes, measuring at about 90 grams each before decoration.

How to make Christmas tree cake pops

Vanilla Cake Recipe:
160 grams butter
1 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
4 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 and 1/4 cups of self raising flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch salt

Ganache recipe:
150 grams white chocolate buttons (I used Nestle melts)
50 grams heavy cream / whipping cream
