  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Start by preparing the BBQ beef. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until soft.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Then add the minced beef. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned.

Season with smoked paprika, cumin, salt and black pepper. Add the barbecue sauce and stir well. Let the beef cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce becomes thick and glossy.

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
