Ingredients:
For the Cheesecake:32 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature1¼ cups granulated sugar4 eggs, at room temperature¾ cup heavy cream1 tablespoon vanilla extract
For the Red Velvet Cake:½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature1½ cups granulated sugar2 eggs¼ cup + 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder6 tablespoons red food coloring (liquid)1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup buttermilk2¼ cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:1 cup butter, at room temperature8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature5 cups powdered sugar2 tablespoons vanilla extract
