This video tutorial demonstrate how to create a rainbow water-colour cake decorated with a purple drip effect.
These particular cakes are premixes by the brand Bakels (which is a bakery standard professional premix in Mississippi mud cake and white chocolate mud cake).
WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE RECIPE:
- (normally there is a 3:1 ratio for white chocolate ganache and a 2:1 ratio for dark chocolate ganache).
- 150 grams of white chocolate
- 80-90 grams of cream
- if you would like it to be even more fluid I would recommend adding some more cream, or even some vegetable oil after all is melted and combined.
