How to Decorate an Ombré Rosette Cake

Materials
* Crumb coated cake on cake board
* Sweet Buttercream
– 1.25kg (2lb 12oz) light pink – Sugarflair Pink (used for filling, crumb coat, top of cake and third row)
– 275g (9.5oz) medium pink – Sugarflair Pink (used for middle row)
– 275g (9.5oz) dark pink – Sugarflair Pink(used for first row)
* 3 Piping bags
