Ingredients
200 g of sugar;
200 g Butter or margarine;
200 g chocolate powder;
200 g of flour;
6 eggs;
1 teaspoon of baking powder;
Preparation Cream Chocolate
100 g chocolate powder;
200 g Butter;
200 g of sugar;
2 eggs;
1 tablespoon of instant coffee.
Preparation
Beat well butter or margarine with sugar until fluffy and whitish cream.
Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating between each addition. Add the chocolate and mix well.
Beat the egg whites firmly castle and incorporate them into the batter, carefully, alternating with the flour, previously mixed with baking.
Pour prepared within two layers of rounded shapes and greased with margarine and sprinkled with flour. Take bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate cream.
Unmold the cakes over a network and allow to cool. Connect the two cakes with chocolate cream, or soft eggs, or with whipped cream.
Cover and decorate the whole cake with the remaining chocolate cream.
