3 Easy Mini Buttercream Cakes. This video tutorial demonstrate how to create 3 different buttercream decorated mini cakes.
These are 3 super basic cakes that are easy to create with easy to find piping tips. All three cakes were baked in 4 inch round cake tins.
The recipe used was a chocolate cake recipe:
320 grams butter
2 + 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups of self raising flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cup cocoa powder
4 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
THIS RECIPE WILL FILL 3X 4″ ROUND CAKE TINS WITH A LITTLE TO SPARE. you may decide to make cupcakes out of the extra left over 🙂
