Christmas Tree Cake Pop. In this tutorial I demonstrate how to create these pretty one serve Christmas tree cakes using a 104 tip and some white chocolate ganache.
The above recipe makes 1x 6 inch cake. I put the batter into 14 cupcake tins and used 12 cupcakes to make these cake pops.
You can make 3 individual treeβs with 12 crumbed cupcakes, measuring at about 90 grams each before decoration.

Vanilla Cake Recipe:160 grams butter1 cups sugar1 tsp vanilla extract4 eggs4 tablespoons sour cream1/4 cup buttermilk1 and 1/4 cups of self raising flour1/4 tsp baking powderpinch salt
Ganache recipe:150 grams white chocolate buttons (I used Nestle melts)50 grams heavy cream / whipping cream
